Implement Derivita into your Canvas math courses by following the 5 steps below:

Request a Derivita agreement - One request per Local Education Authority (LEA).
UEN will send the Derivita agreement to an authorized LEA administrator.
Complete the Derivita agreement form.
Return the Derivita agreement form to the UEN.
Integrate Derivita with Canvas! This process can be done with your Canvas Administrator and completed within minutes.
